• The Client undertakes to provide complete, accurate, and verifiable information necessary for the provision of consulting services.
• Both parties are obliged to respect the confidentiality of sensitive commercial information disclosed during the collaboration.

3. Limitation of Liability

Our services are advisory in nature. Pamukkale Nakliyat does not assume responsibility for the final commercial or operational decisions made by the Client based on the consulting provided. We do not guarantee specific financial or operational results. Our liability is limited to the value of the services provided, except in cases of proven fraud or gross negligence.

4. Payment and Invoicing Terms

Service fees are communicated in advance and confirmed by written quotation. All prices are expressed in RON and include the legal VAT. Invoices are issued according to the services actually provided. Any delay in invoice payment may lead to the suspension of services.

5. Termination of Service Use

Either party may terminate the collaboration by written notice, with a reasonable notice period established in the individual contract. Pamukkale Nakliyat reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to services immediately in case of a flagrant violation of these terms or applicable legislation.

6. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions periodically. The updated version will be published on this page, with the date of the last revision. Continued use of the services after the publication of changes constitutes acceptance of them.
